From time to time as a member of the Australian Underwater Federation, Queensland, the Townsville Skindiving Club hosts national, state and interclub (Nemrod) competitions. As well the Club committee sets a yearly schedule of planned dives covering inshore and reef trips, and social dives as well as competitions. All dives are subject to weather conditions and members must contact the Dive Officer prior to a listed dive to confirm that it is still on. Members are given preference to boat spaces but occassionally there will be a space for a non member to try the sport. Click on read more for this years plannned dives.
